Why We Love It

This blackberry pretty much has it all.

It's reliable, not too fussy about where it grows, and best of all, it gives a heavy crop of large, sweet and juicy berries.

The bright black fruits are round and hang in large clusters for easy picking.

It is hardy but can be vulnerable to hard frosts on very exposed sites, so best to plant in a sheltered spot.

How to Plant

The plant grows well in most types of well-draining soil of any pH level. Keep the soil moist and give it full sun or partial shade.

Into the Ground

  1. Dig a hole in the ground that's double the size of the rootball.
  2. Take your plant out of its pot and spread the roots a little.
  3. Place it gently in the hole.
  4. Coat the roots with compost.
  5. Pat the soil down and give your plant a good water.
