Returns & Cancellations
We only work with the best garden suppliers but in exceptional circumstances things do go wrong. We will always do our best to resolve any disappointments. Our Terms and Conditions set out more information about your return rights.
Please do remember that plants are living things and so will not always look identical to pictures on the website - however we will always do our best to ensure our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.
We will only provide full refunds on plants if either
- the plant is damaged on arrival and you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org providing photos of the problem, or
- you have changed your mind and you told us at email@example.com within 3 days from delivery of that you want to return it. We cannot accept repotted or dried out plants
Once you've had the plant for 3 days, you are not able to return it.
Furniture, accessories, pots, BBQs etc
If your delivery is incorrect, faulty or broken, you are entitled to a full refund and free return if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from delivery of your item to arrange a full refund. Contact email@example.com to let us know and we will help with arranging return of the product to our Partner.
We will arrange a full refund of the cost of the product and original shipping costs, however you will need to pay for the shipping costs to return the item to our Partner.
Made-to-order / Unsealed Products
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of products that were made-to-order, bespoke, or which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. soil, plant feed or sprays).
