Delivering Plants

So… delivering plants isn’t the easiest thing in the world - who knew? The plants we sell have been cared for and nurtured by our partners - they are living things and, much like if we were sending you a puppy, we want them to arrive on your doorstep thriving and healthy.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery prices start at £5.99, with larger items charged at £17.99 and even larger items at £35.99.

When will my order arrive?

The majority of orders will take 2 to 4 working days to arrive.

Some really big items can take 5 to 10 working days. This is because we use pallets to ensure they arrive with you in the best possible condition. For pallet deliveries, our delivery provider will contact you to arrange a convenient drop-off time. Please be aware that drop-off will be kerbside to your property. The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes for you to check the contents, make sure everything is ship-shape, and sign.

For multiple items, we aim to fulfil everything from the same delivery partner to ensure that costs are as low as possible however sometimes your order may arrive in multiple deliveries.

Due to COVID-19 there could occasionally be delivery delays, but we’ll contact you if this happens.

If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave you a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland. We are working hard on bringing harder to reach postcodes into our delivery zone, and getting our partners' products to Northern Ireland.

Here is a full list of postcodes that we currently do not deliver to: IM, GY, JE, PO, TR, BT, IE, IV, HS, ZE, AB, KA, KW, PA, PH

Help! There’s been a problem with my order.

Nooo! We’re sorry. It’s very rare, but sometimes problems do occur in transit.

If you have any concerns about your items after delivery, please send some photographs (including pictures of the packaging) to helpme@sproutl.com within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our very best to put things right. Checkout our Terms and Conditions page for more details on your return and cancellation rights.

Remember to keep all the packaging that the item came with so you can return it back to us.
