So… delivering plants isn’t the easiest thing in the world - who knew?

The plants we sell have been cared for and nurtured by our partners - they are living things and, much like if we were sending you a puppy, we want them to arrive on your doorstep thriving and healthy.

How much will delivery cost?

  • Small items: £6.00
  • Medium items: £10.00
  • Large items: £20.00
  • 2 person delivery items*: £35.00
  • Higher fees may apply for orders with a total weight over 80kg or requiring a pallet delivery

For multiple item orders, fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the number of items and partners from whom you purchase.
We try to group together your items as much as possible into the same box, but our fragile items are always dispatched in individual boxes. Learn more about our Packaging here

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland.

We are working hard on bringing harder to reach postcodes into our delivery zone, and getting our partners' products to Northern Ireland.

Here is a full list of postcodes that we currently do not deliver to: IM, GY, JE, BT, IE, IV, HS, ZE, AB, KW, PH and some postcode in the PO and TR region.

When will my order arrive?

The majority of orders will take 2-5 working days to arrive.

Some really big items can take 3-7 working days.
This is because we use pallets to ensure they arrive with you in the best possible condition.

Some of our niche specialist are able to offer free delivery on items and will usually dispatch the item within 3-7 working days.

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual partner, therefore delivery times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.

How will my order be delivered?

Packages will be delivered to your door, or to an assigned delivery safe place.

The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes for you to check the contents, make sure everything is ship-shape, and sign.

If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave you a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.

For specialist deliveries, our delivery provider will contact you to arrange a convenient drop-off time.

Specialist Delivery

Some items require specialist delivery due to their size and weight, the delivery provider will be in touch to arrange the details with you.

Pallet Delivery

Some items may require delivery on a pallet. Where this is the case, your items will be delivered by specialised pallet delivery providers. All pallet deliveries are kerbside delivery only and will be made using a pallet truck to lift and move the pallet. To ensure safe delivery, pallet deliveries can only be unloaded on hard even ground and cannot operate on gravel, stones or steps. Drivers are not permitted to remove items from the pallet or to carry items up or down steps or into a property. Drivers are also not permitted to take the empty pallet away.

There’s been a problem with my order

We’re sorry. It’s very rare, but sometimes problems do occur in transit.

If you have any concerns about your items after delivery, please send some photographs (including pictures of the packaging) to helpme@sproutl.com within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our very best to put things right.
