We only work with the best garden suppliers but in exceptional circumstances things do go wrong. We will always do our best to resolve any disappointments.
Please do remember that plants are living things and so will not always look identical to pictures on the website - however we will always do our best to ensure our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We will only provide refunds on plants if the plant is damaged on arrival - all our plants are inspected before leaving our partner and are handled with the utmost care. If you are unhappy with your plant on arrival then please contact us at email@example.com and take photos of the problem within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
