Why We Love It

This evergreen vine produces white star-shaped flowers.

'Variegata' is laden with creamy white and green variegated leaves and is particularly suited to climbing fences or trellises and hanging baskets.

How to Plant

Choose well-draining chalk, loam or sandy soil with a neutral or alkaline pH level. Plant 'Album' in full sun and keep it moist.

Into the Ground

  1. Fill your container with a neutral or alkaline compost.
  2. Make a hole twice the size of the plant's rootball.
  3. Remove your plant from its temporary pot and position it in the container.
  4. Add compost around the roots and firm it up.
  5. Position the container in full sun and water it.

Into a Pot

  1. Choose a sunny spot with neutral or alkaline soil.
  2. Dig a hole double the size of the rootball.
  3. Take the plant out of its pot.
  4. Place it in the hole.
  5. Add compost around the base and pat this down.
  6. Give your plant a water to help it settle.
