Choose well-draining chalk, loam or sandy soil with a neutral or alkaline pH level. Plant 'Album' in full sun and keep it moist.
Into the Ground
- Fill your container with a neutral or alkaline compost.
- Make a hole twice the size of the plant's rootball.
- Remove your plant from its temporary pot and position it in the container.
- Add compost around the roots and firm it up.
- Position the container in full sun and water it.
Into a Pot
- Choose a sunny spot with neutral or alkaline soil.
- Dig a hole double the size of the rootball.
- Take the plant out of its pot.
- Place it in the hole.
- Add compost around the base and pat this down.
- Give your plant a water to help it settle.
