Position 'Aurea Nana' in full sun and opt for a moist but well-drained chalk, loam, clay or sandy soil of any pH.

- Dig a hole at least twice the size of the plant's rootball.
- Use a fork to loosen the soil in the hole.
- Gently tease the roots and soak them in water.
- Plant at the same depth as the plant was in its temporary container.
- Backfill with soil and firm it down.
