Why We Love It

'Cheryl's Shine' brings warm pink floral shades to any outdoor space.

Five bowl-shaped petals encase the flower's contrasting cream-white stamen, which often attracts bees.

How to Plant

Plant 'Cheryl's Shine' in partial shade in moist, free-draining soil. It prefers chalk or clay soil with an alkaline pH.

Into the Ground

  1. Dig a hole at least double the width of the plant's rootball.
  2. Mix in some well-rotted compost.
  3. Insert your plant, lining up the top of the rootball with the surface of the soil.
  4. Backfill around the roots and water it well.

Into a Pot

  1. Find a pot at least twice the size of the plant's temporary container.
  2. Raise it onto pot feet to assist drainage.
  3. Add a layer of potting compost.
  4. Pop your plant on top, lining up the top of the rootball with the pot's rim.
  5. Backfill around the roots and water well.
