Why We Love It
Why We Love It
Bring large and glossy dark green leaves to your home with the Prunus laurocerasus 'Novita' tree, also known as 'Cherry laurel'. This vigorously growing evergreen plant is a member of the Rosaceae family and it blossoms with wonderful fragrant white flowers in spring. Over the autumn months, it sprouts shiny berries that turn from shades of red through to black.
The hardy 'Novita' looks delightful when used as a hedge, where it could mark your garden border or be planted next to your patio. When standing alone, it can also make an appealing focal point in an outdoor space, as it grows to between four and eight metres in height over a 20 to 50 year period.
The decorative pot is sold separately. Find the perfect base for any style of planting, explore our full range of pots here.
